December 29, 2022 Subject: S7-32-22 Form Type A As an individual investor, I support this proposal. As it is imperative towards cultivating a genuine truth between customers and that of financial systems in that it further bolsters the integrity as well as the transparency of the system as a whole and its functions. The true power in this initiative is in the enforcement of such rules on individuals and participants that would seek to circumvent these parameters that sill be introduced to further preserve the fairness of financial systems and stock markets. The fairness of the aforementioned financial paradigm supersedes any \"favorable\" costs derived from malicious or criminal exploits of the financial system from any and all participants.
