(This is my 4th comment) I had previously submitted comments several weeks and months back before they got mysteriously lost. I am not going to lie I am afraid to submit my real information. Afraid someone might show up at my house or threaten me in some way.

I am a tax paying naturalized citizen and since I was 16 years old I have been working and always trying to see the best in my current situation. I live close to the Mexico border and have family in Mexico as well.

When I was younger we would drive over around Christmas with as many small toys as we could. We would visit some of the poorest neighborhoods and pass out toys to the children. They loved it. The look on their faces was something of pure joy and happiness. It was a bittersweet feeling knowing how much joy we were giving them, just to see them walk back to their homes made of cardboard(literally) and wood pieces. A real shantytown.

Even now, as a father, working to mostly have enough for my bills. I have had the same car for 20 years. I still try to give and help when I can. I am happy for whoever is happy, and sad for whoever is sad. I try to teach my kids values and morals. I take note of places I would like to go back and help. Neighborhoods, people, places. If I ever do get an opportunity to give more I definitely will.

The reason I explain all this is because I am not trying to hurt anyone, but there is so many that could benefit from having a little more. I am not out to steal or take from anyone, but all my life I have been exposed more to people that are in need, rather than people that have it all. I have seen and met very poor individual just happy with life, but still struggling in one way or another. I truly want to help people. I know I cant help everyone, but god knows my intentions are good.

With that being said

The next part is a copy and paste with a sentiment I 100% agree with

as a current Retail Investor, I am eager to see MASSIVE reforms in the way markets operate.

No More Dark Pools.

No More Failure To Delivers.

No more payment for order flow.

No more naked shorting.

No More infinite liquidity.

No more small fines for massive felonies.

No more can kicking for trade settlement.

The DTCC needs to be subject to a complete forensic audit - annually.

No more shareholder voting rights being subverted due to shares in circulation exceeding the total shares issued.

If a share is not available at the current price, then the price should rise until a seller is enticed to sell. That this is not occurring as a standard function of the market - supply and demand - is egregious and felonious.

Somewhere along the line, our markets have been twisted and warped into what appears to be nothing more than a massive Ponzi scheme.

Regulators don't regulate. Market makers are betting against retail, and then manipulating the market to ensure they win, Politicians with influence have been seduced with dirty money and insider trading.

We all know what is going on. We do. Legalese and slippery talk doesn't mean anything anymore. The laws are impotent. This market is in crisis. Confidence in the market is non-existent. We will not go back to sleep.

Fix it fast, or global peril will result.
