December 28, 2022 As a retail investor, I am in favor of S7-32-22 Regulation Best Execution. Currently, retail investors have little say in how their orders through brokers are routed and executed. And even less transparency on how these orders are being completed. This rule is a step in the right direction for fair transactions on the open market.
