December 28, 2022 Dear Securities and exchange commission. I am writing to you today as an international retail investor who's in full support of rule S7-32-22 Regulation Best Execution. Best execution is the bare minimum any investor, retail or institutional should expect when purchasing a share/shares. Instead we have market makers and hedge funds alike taken advantage of and profiting from retail investors left right and centre, every time we place an order. Which is one of the reasons I believe this rule will help level an uneven playing field and bring much needed transparency into what is meant to be a free and fair market.
