Thank you for this opportunity to comment. As an international investor, I support the proposed enhanced regulatory framework, in order to improve trust and confidence in a more equal playing field for all participants in the financial markets.
Among international investors, it is a common understanding this is not the case currently, with frequent abuse of fair training principles among the dominant market makers and market participants on Wall Street.
I fully support the proposal and would prefer swift implementation, followed by strict enforcement beyond any minor just \"cost of business\" fees.
