This rule seems like a necessary step in the right direction for trade execution. I hope that if it were to be implemented, it would be actively enforced. If so It would be a small but positive step in restoring some confidence in the US markets for investors. Improving regulation of broker-dealers and any rule that can improve price discovery (which has been seemingly non existent in our markets) will increase confidence and interest in US markets. Currently I know very few people who believe in our markets and regulation, but I hope that over time we can see change and have more hard discussions with the intent to solve problems and create an environment that investors and companies can thrive in. I support any rule that provides clearer transparency. Thank you
