Rule S7-32-22 is long overdue, to even the playing field for retail investors. For far too long, market makers have had the advantage of manipulating trades to their benefit. This only serves to cheat hard-working people out of their hard-earned capital they've trusted with various securities. You owe retail investors the bare minimum, that they'll get the best price available for their trades.
Please consider enforcing this for the greater good.
