December 26, 2022 To whom it may concern, Hello and good day. I am commenting today on S7-32-22 Regulation Best Execution as a concerned retail investor. Current t+2 settlement and a multitude of other factors are impeding anyones chance at making informed decisions when choosing an investment. Implementing this rule would help close loopholes currently allowing bad actors to thrive in the markets. These bad actors are hurting my investments by dilluting the marketcap of the companies I invest in with no oversight to their naked shortselling and directly taking food out of my families mouth. Rules like this are a step forward to a more transparent thus fair market, for everyone.
