I strongly believe this rule with increase the overall fairness of competition within our markets, as Brokerages handling Retail order flow do not currently provide Best Execution.
Retail Investors have zero \"defense\" mechanisms to ensure they are getting a fair price, and that the Brokerages/Market Makers/Wholesalers are not robbing us for pennies each time we place an order.
In a free and fair market, all Participants pay current Fair Market Value for any Asset they choose to purchase.
