This rule would greatly even the playing field between retail and institutions. Best execution has been abused endlessly and is also being used to siphon orders away from lit markets and into dark markets where there is no transparency or reporting and market makers are allowed to skirt the rules. This has turned the stock market into a casino and ruined the public's trust in it.
S7-32-22 will go a long way towards fixing that and has my full support as a retail trader. Thank you SEC for proposing this, let's please pass it
