 Dear Securities and Exchange Commission,

I am writing to express my support for the proposed Regulation Best Execution, specifically S7-32-22. As an investor, I believe that it is essential for broker-dealers to have policies and procedures in place that are designed to ensure that customer transactions are executed in a manner that is consistent with the best execution standard.

The requirement for broker-dealers to review the execution quality of their customer transactions at least quarterly is particularly important, as it will help to ensure that any issues or areas for improvement are identified and addressed in a timely manner. Additionally, the requirement for broker-dealers to review their best execution policies and procedures at least annually and present a report to their governing bodies is a crucial step towards increasing transparency and accountability in the market.

Overall, I believe that the proposed Regulation Best Execution is a valuable step towards improving investor protection and ensuring that transactions are executed in a fair and transparent manner. I urge the Securities and Exchange Commission to move forward with the adoption of this important regulation.

Sincerely,
Nevin Varghese
