Dec. 23, 2022
December 23, 2022 Rule 1101(b). A conflicted transaction would be any transaction where a broker-dealer: (1) executes an order as principal, including riskless principal (2) routes an order to or receives an order from an affiliate for execution or (3) provides or receives payment for order flow A rule like this should have been implemented a wweek after Broker Dealers communicated with one another to turn buy orders to \"PCO\" on AMC, and settle Billions through off market exchanges. Look at the price action of AMC today: (1) SSR TRIGGRERED, (2) Still 60% Short Volume, (3) 0 Shares Available to borrow, 66% off exchange traded. Market Makers who have positions against me should not be able to Pay for my order flow, and route it to an exchange that does not have a material effect on the price. Go look at AMC June 2nd, 2021. The entire float was traded back and forth 3X that day, and all buy orders went off exchange.
