December 16, 2022 DEAR SEC, Rule S7-32-22 is long overdue. I'm totally in favor of this rule base on the fact that Market Makers and Brokers are not transparent or fair when it come the best pricing. Money is being shaved off every execution. Anytime you have Market Makers that buy orders, own a Dark-Pool, short stocks and own a Hedge Fund there's no way thing will be fair for Business or Retailers. Great job on passing rules to even the playing field Thank You, Terry Lambert
