December 17, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman, Thank you for taking the time to read these comments. As a retail investor that wants to be able to invest in fair and equal ways, I am in significant support of this potential rule change. Along with the other large sweeping potential new regulation being submitted that would be of benefit to the general population and retail investors. The ability to manipulate retail trades via Dark Pools and PFOF along with no official rule set for best price execution. I believe this to be one small step in the right direction for open, fair, and true price discovery in our markets. Ensuring that trades are being executed at the best price spread. Thank you,
