To whom it concerns, I support this proposal. More transparency in the markets and reporting is the only way to help find and bring to justice the large market participants that continually abuse loopholes and market structure to effectively steal investment capitol from millions of small and medium sized investors. Full transparency is the only way to begin to instill faith back in the markets for millions of household investors. If this proposal is not passed, one could view that as the SEC acting favourably towards these same large market participants that are manipulating real price discovery through a purposely obtuse and unsupervised reporting system.
