I support this proposal. It is a step towards better functioning markets, where international big players can not as easily manipulate market prices. There are multiple reasons to be very afraid that foreign and US hedge funds operating together can otherwise steal US taxpayers money with price manipulation - leaving any door open for that is a threat not only to markets, but in the longer run to democracy itself, as corruption will become more and more beneficial and normalized.
