Dear Sirs and Madams, I hear by offer my total support behind SEC Proposal S7-32-10. We continue to have extremely unbalanced oversight to consumer/day trader/layhuman traders and anyone else who personally invests their hard earned money into the markets vs the unhinged and severely unregulated masters of the markets if you will. If we as simple common folk traders participated in the every day tactics and behind the scenes practices that the hedge funds, oversight committees, investment firms & companies from the brass all the way down through officer ranks participated in we the people would be penalized and prosecuted to the full extent of the law for our financial crimes. And the courts would be in their maximum right to do so, as its simple economics right is right and wrong is wrong. Except it’s not that simple in the levels of the masters, as the level of heinous crimes that repeatedly gets committed by these groups and go completely unjustified punished is astounding. To be clear the levying of so called steep financial fines to the tune of hundred millions dollars or less against an individual or firm worth upwards of double to triple digit BILLIONS is a joke and 100% does not constitute a satisfactory justice to the crime ratio. We are a extremely damaged nation who I personally have very little hope for as we keep spiraling in horrific directions forgetting core fundamentals along the way which have all but stripped down mutual respect and common decency among our nations citizens regardless of color, creed, worth, sexual orientation, or race. All gone are the days when we could just be civil to one another prefect stranger or not, and when the citizens repeatedly see high to elite tier crimes being rewarded with light duty sentences and fines that are a joke it only breeds and fuels more hate and rage. Those are two things that there is a staggering abundance of in our nation and we absolutely do not need any more promotion to either, so ask yourselves to your core what side of history do you want to find yourselves on and can you look your children’s children in the eyes and I mean deep into their eyes until they see your soul and without a shred of lies or deception in your gaze tell them with a straight face that you are choosing to do the right thing and won’t stop fighting until it’s done and your efforts have directly affected how this ship got righted in the storm. This I ask of you as a direct descendent of Aaron Burr and who’s family’s blood burns bright in its veins and fully understands the acts of the righteous and just humans who strive to exact lasting change for the better and the common.
