To whom this may concern, I support SEC proposal S7-32-10 as it is directly in line with the SEC's 3 part mission statement (Protect investors. Maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets. Facilitate capital formation.) that I trust as a participant in capital markets. This proposal will protect investors by upholding the integrity of the markets in terms of true price discovery. Proposal S7-32-10 will Maintain fair, orderly and efficient markets as investors of every magnitude will be on the same playing field with regards to data on securities as the largest investing groups. This proposal will also Facilitate capital formation as investors are more willing to invest their hard earned capital in markets that are well regulated and fair for all investors.
