As an individual, household investor, I support proposal S7-32-10 for greater transparency swaps. Transparency is critically important to maintaining a free and fair market. Self-regulation has proven to be detrimental to the freedom and fairness of the market. Not requiring swaps to be reported only benefits entities that want to hide them for nefarious reasons. They are a threat the the freedom and fairness of the market.
