I support the proposal S7-32-10 for swap disclosures. Why this is not already disclosed, I have no idea. I believe the only people who would gain from not properly disclosing swap positions and reporting fraudulent information would be CRIMINALS. Also, why aren't there MUCH bigger fines for falsifying reports and not correctly providing disclosures so minimal? When the cost of the crime is cheaper than the fine, you are only encouraging the behavior!!! Please do your job and regulate the markets properly while enforcing the rules. The U.S. market is fraudulent, and this proposal is one step towards a less fraudulent market. Thanks, A "dumb money" investor
