To whom it may concern, I am eager to support this proposal as it protects the integrity of the markets in terms of true price discovery and allows accurate assessments as to the health of a particular security, in addition to providing additional insights as to why they are being valued on the open markets at the price points they're available at on an accurate and up to the date basis, similar to the data market makers see. The recent issues raised by MFAs are irrelevant, inaccurate, and essentially intended to allow them to continue the fraud this proposal is designed to stop. In short, I commend the SEC for their effort to increase transparency of the US markets and urge the Commission to implement this rule immediately despite the outcry from financial institutions who clearly don't want equal access to information for all market participants.
