As a foreign investor, I fully support this proposal, as it allows greater transparency within the markets when considered in line with other reporting requirements. I believe this proposal is essential, despite concerns raised regarding how it might have the potential to cause liquidity and other operational issues for large companies (IE Hedgefunds). This proposal protects the integrity of the markets in terms of true price discovery and allows accurate assessments as to the health of a particular security. I don't see why this isn't prioritized. How can the market continue to operate without these values? Ian
