I support the proposed rule and it should be implemented immediately. A 0 dollar public reporting threshold is vitally important so that all data is available on all swaps to ensure transparancy and trust in the markets. I support transparency. I do not support market manipulation, fraud, or deception. The individuals and entities that choose to break the laws and regulations should be barred from all market participation and should be severely fined for their blatant criminal activities. Thank you.
