Dear ladies and gentlemen,

I hope my comment will not be deleted, as you have deleted comments from retail investors before.
I would welcome any rule that encourages less fraud manipulation or deception.
I'm glad we are sitting down and talking about it because fraud manipulation and deception are not fair and create a market whereby the ones in power have more chances to come out ahead.
I don't think anyone has faith in the CTFC head Rostin Behnam who is trying to make swaps even more opaque even though we trusted them to regulate. We need any rule we can get to help.
This is the new age, the internet is here and people are very connected. Passionate people are entering the market and they are not leaving even when faced with overwhelming gaslighting and manipulation from our elected officials who are trying their best to keep information from flowing and complain about short comment periods.
For me personally, I would love to see a more fair market and this would be a step in the right direction. The market isn't just a tool to generate wealth, its a tool to generate social change. A place where one can offer loyalty to a cause they believe in using a medium that everyone has to respect money. We can offer loyalty and in return we hope to see the change in the world we want as investors.
If I can get rich great, but if I can help prevent finical inequality, the same inequality that history has shown us leads to collapses of great nations, if i can help protect the smooth orderly operation of my country with a sound fair investment pushing the future of my markets and economy in a direction I feel is moral and fair, I will truly feel like my SEC and regulatory bodies are actually working for the people and not off the broken backs of the people.

Kind reguards and please dont delete this comment, like you did so often before.
