To Whom it May Concern: I'd like to express my support for the rule S7-32-10. I believe this rule should come into effect as soon as possible in order for our markets to become stronger, and more resilient. There are a lot of market participants that are dealing with swaps worth billions of dollars, that could pose a threat to the stability of our markets. This information should be reported so that the regulators could act before anything bad happens. For institutions that are trading those swaps, reporting should be as simple as one click. There is no reason why they can engage in profitable high-frequency trading to the tune of milliseconds, but be unable to report swap positions. Furthermore, I believe it was through these swaps that the financial crisis in 2008 happened. I believe this rule is aimed at helping prevent that from happening again, and should be passed. Thank you, Krzysztof Wszolek
