The stock market needs transparency across all aspects.  This includes reporting daily on swaps, borrowed shares, lent shares, etc.  Retail Investors should not have to make assumptions about what is going on in the market.  The public deserves to have all of the data about the US markets.  If this rule were to pass in the US, then hedge funds should not have the ability to manipulate stocks by making trades/swaps internationally.  Excessively large swaps are a threat to financial and national stability.  Archegos was an example of a bad situation that could have been avoided. 


Also, the limit required for swap reporting should be low enough that hedge funds can't separate the swaps to lower values to avoid the limit for reporting.   


Please pass this rule right away.
