October 31, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support for this proposal to prevent evasion of reporting. I believe there should be transparency and public disclosure of the data for a healthy market in which the public can participate. I am quite concerned that excessively large swaps are a threat to financial and national stability, see Archegos for instance, what other lurking issues have yet to be revealed? This NEEDS to be applied internationally so fund and firms cannot use borders to evade the rules of the market. Daily reporting should be applied, and I praise the Commission's public release of the data. This empowers the public to protect themselves from excessive risk. These rules should be finalized as soon as possible.
