October 31, 2022 I respectfully request the sec review bad faith acting using swaps and ftds, as well as the placement of double agents on corporate boards. Any rule passage which does not create severe criminal penalties for such activities is nothing more than a 'cost of business' for bad faith actors. Please protect the United States and its people, please do not protect corporate overlords and banks who are destroying the fabric of the United States
