October 31, 2022 Am in support of this rule being proposed. OUR stock market is being taken advantaged by rule-breakers who KNOW that their 'mistakes' can easily be paid off for a small fine. RETAIL investors are been conned by market mechanics such as swaps, PFOF, short selling, directing trades to dark pool and more. a FAIR free market needs checks and balances of abuse and needs to PUNISH those that think they are above the law. please consider freeing the information on swap data so the playing field can be more balanced out for everyone, thank you.
