October 31, 2022 I strongly support the passing of this rule. It is paramount to not allow short hedge fund and other large players in the markets operate behind closed doors. Not only is it unfair to retail investors at large but creates immense problems with accountability and incentivizes potentially illegal behaviors that maximize profits at the cost of all else, even the stability and fairness of our \"free markets\". The proposals within the rule are a great place to start. Thank you for the work you are all doing in making the markets more transparent, and healthier for all. Reid Adams Concerned Investor
