October 31, 2022 I absolutely explicitly support transaction-by-transaction reporting as well as the 15-minute reporting requirement. This effort is needed in order to prevent fraud and hiding fraud in loopholes. Companies that fall victim to this fraud need a greater ability to defend themselves against predators. Short sellers are not investors. In an age of internet and web we as retail investors are very much in need of transparency.
