October 31, 2022 Hi. I advocate as much transparency as possible. The stock exchange should be the epitome of transparency, unfortunately it is far from that. This must be changed in order to create free and fair markets where manipulation is excluded. In order to create transparency, the data must be made available to everyone on a daily basis. The large swaps are a danger for the markets. The 2008 crisis should not have happened again, and yet the markets are very unstable again. Only if strict rules are introduced and swaps cannot be hidden anymore, could collapses of the stock-market be prevented. It is to be feared that the next collapse will lead to social unrest. The unregulated markets mean that some locusts take advantage of this. This must be prevented by stricter regulations. The regulations must include all global markets in order to avoid loopholes. The commission shold follow the precendent in Rule 13h-1. It should not be possible for Funds and firms to evade reportigng requirements by using different types of complex financial instruments when its about Security-Based Swap Positions include all security-based swaps based on the same underlying security or reference entity, regardless of whether they are debt or equty-based. Thank you.
