This rule should be applied to all market participants internationally, including their entire swap portfolios, and have a threshold of no greater than $50 million. Maybe daily reporting was impressive when Dodd-Frank was created, but now over a decade later, daily reporting is the bare minimum that should be permitted. Hourly reporting would be much more effective and less prone to fraud. Thanks for this bandaid, let's hope this feeble and dying market can carry on until you fix these reporting obligations for real.
