October 31, 2022 Dear Secretary Countryman: I am writing in strong support of rule S7-32-10. Transparency for all is an important aspect of having truly free markets. Markets are not free or on an even playing field if large investors and stakeholders such as market makers hold vastly more informational power than smaller ones. Important data about the market itself, and more specifically, the status of Swaps, is vital for a free and fair market. Swaps have a large impact on price discovery and as a result, impact investments. Large investors privy to this information should not hold this advantage over others. Sincerely, A Concerned Investor
