October 31, 2022 I am in support of the rule S7-32-10. It is very important to the families of America to have transparency in our markets. We deserve public disclosure of information. In a time of technological advancement, it is vital that families receive this information on a daily basis. Hiding short positions in excessively large swaps and FTD's is killing the Future of American Families. You should lower the threshold of swaps to $100 Million These rules should apply globally so rules can not be evaded. If we can agree on one definition for a security based swap, we can ensure rules are being applied consistently. I appreciate your consideration of reporting all swap information daily for the families of America.
