October 31, 2022 I am fully in support of proposal S7-32-10: Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps Prohibition against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions. I believe that increasing transparency in our financial markets is of the utmost importance. It seems to be the case that several large players are using swaps to effectively naked short companies. Increasing transparency in the reporting process would allow investors to better understand what is happening in the markets. I hope this is just the first step of many that will bring transparency and fairness to our markets.
