We need data to make informed decisions. The fact that we do not get this data in a timely fashion is one of the biggest dumbest things I can imagine. It's almost like someone is paying someone to not give us the data, almost like it gives them an edge. It's almost like they make more and more money with this edge and pay off more and more regulators. I was trying to go to sleep so I can go work for the government tomorrow but I had to get up so I could submit this in time. We shouldn't have to whine and cry and beg for data. They are our markets. Tell us who and how much an entity has swapped or lent of a security and tell us immediately. Why is this so hard to accomplish? Your delay in providing it makes you complicit.
