 I support this rule.

In a free and fair market, there should be no room for fraud, manipulation, or deception of any kind. Everyone should have the same tools to make their best-educated decisions on what to invest in. It should be required that reporting must be done on all positions regardless if they are stocks, shorts, or swaps. Anyone who violates these rules should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, they should be fined the entirety of their profits and subject to penalties to stop future violations, including permanent bans from market trading.
