October 29, 2022 To Whom it May Concern, I am writing you today as a concerned individual investor. I wish for more transparency in the market structure we have, and as such, I would very much like to see the swap positions of large financial institutions, as it obfuscates my ability to trade and make sound financial decisions about investment strategy. I feel as though I am playing blackjack or roulette at a casino with nebulous rules. This rule would enable retail investors to envision a new horizon for trading, one in which we are not disenfranchised by large institutions who hold all of their information tightly to their chests so as to extract value from investors like me. Please put into effect S7-32-10 as soon as possible to bring transparency to the market. I am glad to speak to you about my thoughts regarding this matter.
