Hello, and thank you for the opportunity to voice my concerns as an individual investor.
I believe the CFTC is hiding swap data because they have significant short positions hidden in swaps.
It is my opinion that if the data were to be made public, it could be detrimental to the CFTCs fraudulent schemes that have prevented true price discovery and free and fair markets.
I support the proposed rule which contains a provision to prevent evasion of reporting requirements and prevents fraud and manipulation in security based swaps, domestically and internationally I agree with the commissions public release of data as it permits citizens like myself to protect myself from hostile actors. International borders should not be used as a loophole to evade market rules. I ask that the SEC look at ENTIRE swap portfolios and to use the traders ENTIRE position in ALL securities when determining reporting requirements. I, as an international investor, want to have true transparency and public disclosure of this data asap. The IMMEDIATE passing of this proposal is vital if confidence in the markets is to be restored.

I truly appreciate your time and attention to this matter. I write you in hopes for a better world without such deviant corruption and greed. I believe you, the members of the SEC, have the power to take the steps now for a better world tomorrow.
May you be well.
