October 29, 2022 Thank you for the opportunity to comment on this matter. It is paramount that swap data is transparent for all investors and should not be hidden away from retail/small investors. The commission is responsible for all participants and swap data could allow nefarious or careless actors activity from being discovered. These swaps have the potential to influence individual securities as well as the overall market and their activity should be available to all investors to allow transparency and assure a \"level field\" for all.
