October 29, 2022 I am writing to express my strong support for the proposed rule S7-32-10. Transparency is key to the strength of financial markets and swaps have been a source of opaqueness for far too long already. One need look no further than the 2021 implosion of Archegos to see why unreported swap positions pose a systemic risk. Please enact the proposed rule immediately and in its current form.
