October 29, 2022 I fully believe swaps are too easily used to commit fraud, manipulate markets, and deceive the public. Swaps need to be regulated and transparent. The data for swaps need to be 100% transparent to the public. With data being hidden and delayed, the CFTC is not acting in the best interest of the common good and all data should be published in realtime or as close to that as possible. Delays to swap reporting only further enhance the ability to use swaps to commit fraud, manipulate markets, and deceive the public.
