October 29, 2022 Individual investors, institutions, and governing bodies need to have access to swap positions. These swaps have shown, such as with Bill Hwang, how things done in the dark can have grand consequences to the general public. More data is never a bad thing, and when hedge funds and the like invest pension funds in highly volatile positions such as swaps without having to report it leaves the investors completely in the dark. Require swaps to be reported, anything that can be hidden will naturally be exploited. Thank you for your time, and I hope we all can gain knowledge and insight with the passing of these rules
