Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on the Prohibition Against Fraud, Manipulation, or Deception in Connection with Security-Based Swaps; Prohibition Against Undue Influence over Chief Compliance Officers; Position Reporting of Large Security-Based Swap Positions (File No. S7-32-10)

Dear SEC,
My name is Michael Kindell, I am a dues paying member of local 32 plumbers and pipefitters and I wanted to express my support for the transparency on swaps data.

To my knowledge the derivatives market is valued more than I can comprehend and I believe we should have transparent tracking on all aspects of said market for it to be fair. If their total value (derivatives market) is worth more than the underlying market then why do we have to report certain stock holdings but not certain swaps holdings? More transparency leads to a more fair market and in turn, a more valuable one.

Thank you for your time,
Michael Kindell
