October 29, 2022 I have been a retail investor for 3 decades now and have consistently been disappointed with the transparency in the markets. In 2008 our housing market was destroyed, in part, because of the opaque nature of swaps. I am invested once again in the market and have seen very little change since then. It is time for the SEC to bring light to these financial instruments to protect retail investors like myself.
