October 29, 2022 I am in favor of S7-32-10. Transparency is key to a fair and free market -- that applies to large financial institutions/businesses. Clear, accurate, daily reporting will help retail and business alike against manipulative practices. I am in favor of daily reporting of swaps. I agree with the definition of security-based swaps and should be appropriately wide to minimize evasion. The key to the success of implementation is to eliminate the possibility of loopholes/evasion by bad actors. I hope to see more rules like this in the future. Thanks
