October 30, 2022 This rule is AGAINST fraud. NO ONE should be voting against it. Please please please, SEC, stand up and do the right thing and enforce swaps reporting NOW. The crimes that are being hidden in the dark must be brought into the light to ensure an end to corruption (or at least less of it) and a fair environment for retail investors who are the backbone of this great country.
