October 31, 2022 Hello, thank you for receiving my comments. I am a person who wishes to take pride and care of my community and I believe that the larger communities of the United States and the world at large are oncd again at risk of a financial collapse due to economic deregulation. I personally was about to leave high school when 2008 hit and the Great Recession destroyed my opportunity for college and ever since I promised I would let it happen to the next generation without a fight. These few proposed rules are some of the only meaningful regulations that I have seen proposed to combat the abusive bankers that stole the opportunities and working future of my entire generation. We have been left absolutely no way to build wealth other than invest money in the stock market we have to just have hope its a fair system. However since entering the market I have seen nothing but blatent manipulation of the markets and media. Through large swaps the bad actors are able to hide the worst of their act ions and avoid any penalties. If we are to trust the fair market and all it needless complexity there is no reason to justify why this data shouldn't be easily accessible for all parties.
