October 29, 2022 As a retail investor who has alot of money invested in US capital markets, I believe it's absolutely vital that there be total transparency on equity swaps. This new rule will ensure the regulators can be forewarned or systemic risk brought about by reckless over leveraging by large institutions in the markets.
